Refund Policy for Unsubmitted Home Testing Kit
We understand that situations may arise where customers need to request a refund for an unsubmitted home testing kit. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refund:
● Refunds are only applicable to unsubmitted home testing kits.
● Once the testing kit has been used or submitted, it is not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Amount:
Refunds for unsubmitted home testing kits will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds must be requested within 15 days of receipt of the test kit.
3. Refund Request Process:
● To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at vip@noblefamilymedical.com within 15 days from the date of purchase.
● Clearly state your intention to request a refund for an unsubmitted home testing kit and provide your order number.
4. Return Shipping:
● Customers are not required to return the unsubmitted home testing kit. The refund will be processed based on the information provided.
5. Refund Processing Time:
● Once the refund request is received, it will be processed, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If approved, the refund, minus the 15% restocking fee, will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 days.
We reserve the right to update our refund policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately.
